IAMPSO's mission has matured into real policy at VATSIM and as such, IAMPSO has been absorbed into VATSIM as an integral entity.

It is hoped that the re-alignment of IAMPSO Affiliate's into capability grouping's will allow future development into working communities directly supporting the development of simulation techniques and technologies.
