Incident Report

 Incident Report

 Any incident involving a VUSAF aircraft and their operation, including but not limited to: in-flight   emergency, accident, mishap, ground incursion, conflict with other aircraft, conflict with ATC facility, etc. The pilot(s) involved are required to file an incident report, as found on the VUSAF website. Failure to file a timely report may be cause for disciplinary actions.    (AFI 10-100, Paragraph 16)
