Training Reports
If you recall in your welcome letter sent to you via automated message indicates that you need to file a mission report (MISREP) each and everytime you complete a written exam or mission module. If you do not file a MISREP we will not be notified of your completion and ultimately you will be listed as inactive and dropped from the program. To help you avoid this possible issue, we have generated this section to explain the process in detail. You will need to log into the SECURE AREA of the main web site to gain access to the SUBMIT MISSION REPORT page:
1. First off, when you are issued an assignment, you will receive a email notice, you may view your current assignment while in AETC here [Open AETC Schedule Page].
Take note that each assignment is accompanied by a mission assignment number:

2. Once you have completed the assignment, you will need to copy and paste the above mission assignment number into the MISREP page along with the other required pertinent information:
If you do not follow this protocol for ALL COMPLETIONS, the web systems will notify staff you failed to meet your assigned deadline for a given assignment and may result in your membership being dropped for inactivity. If you have any questions about this process, please contact your Chain of Command (CoC). Good Luck!
***NOTE*** You may work ahead on the modules without prior approval however, you will need to submit a mission report as previously described and email the FSR file. A MISREP will have to be filed for EACH flight. If you do not pass a module you will be directed to repeat that module regardless of progress within the program.
